while the u.n. in light blue hats and light blue tanks stood and watched.

the u.n. could easily have intervened and saved those unarmed people, but chose instead to kick dirt.

    UN people don't have jurisdiction to intervene in other govt's internal affair until asked to do so....

    so it ain;t right to blame them
