I should say areas that used to be rural, for when I go back to visit them, I find shopping malls and industrial parks where there used to be farmland.<BR/><BR/>Development has expanded so much in the NYC area that wild fauna have started to migrate to town. Bears are overruning some of the suburban areas out in Jersey. And the Bronx has had to deal with coyotes. The coyotes mostly scavage garbage, and don't bother people, bu they're wild animals without shots.<BR/><BR/>The City first noticed their presence when they found a lot of empty Acme boxes around Yankee Stadium.X.
