It looks like a prototype for the Bat Pod, but without the engine and guns which were pretty much the best part.
there is actually a video of the builder riding the thing, and it goes suprisingly well.www.bigkidbike.comi want one....and the guns can be added later.
Personally, I'd settle for five bucks and a beer. But that looks nice too.
