There's no better way to celebrate life than to kill and eat something tasty. That's why cows are sacred. India has that part right, they're just wrong in their execution. Bacon cheeseburgers are the ultimate celebration of life.
Maybe. According to the article, PETA is the only entity saying that Macca sent a letter. The Indian government has not yet confirmed that they got it.

this could quite possibly be a peta p.r. stunt, or a trial balloon for pauly to announce his running for prime minister of india.
either way, this will in no way stop the slaughter of innocent meat. it`s far too tasty.
