there is a hill, and there is a will.

the hill stands before you and you are free to sit and stare.......or you can begin to ride.

as you ride you think. about what is happening. about the pain. the ache. the pressure on your chest as air becomes difficult to get to your lungs........the burning in your legs and your shoulders and hands as you fight to keep the bike upright and moving.

and the hill stands mute.

then you remember who you are and why you are here.

and you smile.....because that blue sign that waits at the top of the hill is yours.
