I never saw smoking grass as immoral anyways so if these law enforcement gets off the high horse with this issue then I think it's a good thing.

well, actually, now that you mention it, i really wonder what the motivation for outlawing pot smoking is.....considering the moral and ethical positions are tenuous at best.

health reasons?

cigarettes, alcohol....?

hmm.

an industry built up to "fight" drugs?

california`s position is clearly monitary, but considering that 40 years ago people were given life sentences for one joint a suggestion such as this is tough for some.
