how would you know?

how would you know whether your intelligence was artificial or not?

if someone suggested that your intellegence was somehow unnatural, how would you feel?

how would you feel about someone who started to question the way you thought, or questioned how you came to your conclusions?

or told you that you shouldn`t think in certain ways?

and what is natural intelligence anyway, and why do we feel as if we are not part of nature?

where does that feeling come from?

too many questions?

just wait.

Your intelligence is an illusion you allow yourself.

The truth of the matter is that you are a college educated fence post.

You won't get intelligent until you get away from that. :-)

If someone said your intelligence was artificial, they would simply be trying to wind you up.

"Artificial intelligence" is just an idea like cockatrices, unicorns and God. So is "natural intelligence", come to that.

And I salute Billy.

I think general knowledge and knowledge of oneself and an understanding of other humans is more important than 'intelligence' any day (that's probably because mine is sadly lacking...hahaha)

Yes, Billy is a good man...I think....

well, what is the traditional value of intelligence anyway?

a way to guage one`s ability to regurgitate information?

the standard iq test is a gauntlet of questions designed to test one`s ability to problem solve in ways that are biased toward industrial concerns.

dealing with people is a psychological and social issue, not valued in a robot society.

there are pills for that.
