.......and lifting up the edge.

to see what`s underneath.

so what is underneath?

and what is the surface that we exist on?

we use the words that create our reality so casually and yet when asked to answer simple questions about the thing we have created we seem almost confused...........

so what IS underneath...........and what IS the surface we exist on?

Good question. Sometimes it seems half the job is just asking a really good question.

I haven't a clue but I'll let you know when I find out.

Alistair, I think we both are very confused about reality . . . which means that we are among the sane.

well, od know that language shapes our reality and so differences in perception become semantic.

but i am confused, without a doubt, but at the same time beautifully mesmerized.

the really good questions create perceptive/semantic shifts that can have the potential to change how we see reality.

Earth, you silly boy. You are a spiritual being here having a physical experience.

And thanks to your ancestors, a screwed up one.

well, one can deconstruct the meaning of semantic reality all to ratshit bill.....

the spiritual paradigm is but one consensus. one i do subscribe to though.

if it was the one and only absolute truth then we would all be in it.

i am reminded of the philosophical arguements pertaining to "tests" while we are in the physical realm and i tire of it.

the idea that an all-loving god would test us, or that we need to do something to attain enlightenment seems perverse and paternalistic.

i take the position that we need to find a way to remember to choose to recognise what is going on in the abundance of energy whizzing around here.

much like remembering appointments.

only much more important.
