more consumerist ideology.

try running and jumping.

then you can eat what you want.

then go run and jump some more.

oh yeah, and not that jogging thing either.

as fast as you can.

it`s what we are designed to do.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't you enjoy being a consumer?

Don't you enjoy those thirty dollar meals that somehow puff up your ego?

Just asking. Damn, it was a beautiful day here, not a single fucked up female monkey in sight. Hugs.

we are all consumers.

meat tubes eating other meat tubes.

if people don`t consume there will be a war.

Hey, guess what? The president of the local chapter of the Insane Chicks Society is back in town. From her winter job in California.

I talked to her at the peace rally today. I'll call her in a few days and we will go for a walk or something.

If I can convert her I think she would be pretty good in bed. :-)

At least she was when she was my hand. LOL

Damn, it was a wonderful day here. I'm going to take a nap and then go to beer church for a while.

Hang in there buddy, you're fucking special. I mean, for a speck of dust.

Alistair, you are so right about our being designed to run and jump -- hunting prey all day, or running away so we don't become prey. I wish I could convince my brain what it is my body needs!

running, jumping, hunting.....

that`s us alright.

that`s why our social mechanisms are so predatory.

unless you are a feminist or a liberal.

then it`s all about laws.

Ellipical machines are awesome for a cardio shape up, and much easier on the knees.

It's fun to chase dogs (but not vise-versa!).

greg, being chased by dogs is no fun, but can be a way to get in shape really quickly.....
