It's going to be nice and warm here, whee !!!!
Sometimes the cosmos decides to heal me some and a deep breathing spell takes me over.
I'm not sure how that works, I never think of it on my own. It just happens.

there are so many who are holding thier breath waiting for something shit to happen.
