the crack in the cosmic egg.

i had forgotten about this book.

i read it when i was quite young, maybe twenty-five or so, but it woke me up to something i always felt somehow but couldn`t voice........that we were creating reality as we experienced each new second.

i found the idea and the fact that someone wrote a book about it that actually got published extremely intoxicting.

i`ve been high on it ever since.

The creation of reality from the empirical world has long been the bane of such pehnomenologists as Dr. Hanson and Dr. Laing. I would figure that Laing would especially appeal to you, given your interest in psychology.

do you have links?

my view is that language is the mechanism by which we create reality.

granted we imput through a variety of channels, but we edit linguistically.

and also delete and distort the same way.

My previous series on TIs featured Dr. Laing. Here is a link to his official website (never mind the title, that's actually his official website).
