These so called missionaries are also having a dire effect on controlling the AIDS epidemic in Africa. They preach that the use of condoms is sinful and discourage sexual education. In areas where religion has a foothold in medicine and education in Africa, the cases of AIDS have gone up. I was saddened but not shocked to read this.
glad to see you are back. you don't have to belong to any religion - you just have to believe, i think you taught me that. disliking religion is not a good thing either. everyone is an individual and has individual belief.

well, the product of this type of religion is misery.
the meta-physical product of this type of religion is hell on earth.

what is the point to deliberately creating cultural processes whereby aids and other diseases are running rampant?
these people are sick.
x.dell asked if i thought that the abuse of children in the church was deliberate.
i am certain that it is, just as i`m certain that the propagation of aids through the demonization of condoms and sexual education is deliberate.
christian scientists? well, that pretty much sums it up, doesn`t it?

Marcus Garvey used to wonder, in his speeches, why whites had gods that looked like them, and blacks had gods that looked like whites. He more than implied that part of missionary work was to indoctinate non-whites to revere both whiteness and maleness.
christianity was invented by white males, so why wouldn`t missionaries do that?
certainly nobody alive in judea 2000 years ago looked like a young clint eastwood in a beard, but our churches are full of his image.
