real experience.

one can read about people who have climbed mountains or driven fast cars or suceeded in business. but until you have direct knowledge of these things you are merely a bystander.

it`s the same with religion and spirituality.

bring on the direct experience if you dare............

otherwise you will have to just read about it in books.

climb a mountain. find yourself. talk to god.

do it now. you know how. it feels odd and uncomfortable at first but pretty soon you`ll be chatting away and getting answers..........and nobody else will know.

Okay, I'll bite =)
As an atheist, I am still very interested in spirituality and religion. I think (and this is just my own, personal take on it, no offense intended) that through seeking spiritual guidance we are, in fact getting in touch with our inner Self. Meaning that talking to "God", "prayer" or performing a "ritual" are actions that psychologically affect us, by connecting mind and body. And hey, whenever we can find a means to "connect" and learn about our Selves, I think this is definitely good. That's how we grow as human beings.
Having said all this, I am definitely fascinated by religion and spirituality. Amen to that !!

i tend to agree with the thought that the divinity is wthin us. the dialog with god is merely talking to your "higher" self.
there is no mystery. that`s a sales pitch to get people into the church or synagogue or whatever. we are the gods who make the grass green.......

we are.

so start making decisions that matter to you.

some aren`t ready for that level of responsibility and so church and state take over. it`s a very expensive way to do it though, considering it`s all right in side anyway.

it`s alright inside.

i made a joke.............

we are all part of this coalescing mass of energy called existance. we drive our little corner of the greater perception with our decisions.
you are what you decide.
you always have been.
you always will.
