my cat, spirit.......my painting of the blue squares, and the thing i don`t miss............. the cherrywood floors in the house that i renovated so that my ex could sell it out from under me.
Thought that was a flat screen wall mount televison when I first saw it.
It's tough to let go of the bitterness.
A long time ago I had a mantra that went: "Goddamn fucking bitch" I said it about 1000 times a day for several months after some particularly rough relationship issues.
Not sure if it helped but eventually the bad feelings went away and I was able to move on to a better life, happier and stronger for the experience.
My name is Alistair Kinnear. I am a Certified Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner and Life Coach, and I am working on my Doctorate in Divinity. I work in helping people to change behaviour and I like to think that I am waking up their spirit in the process.

i dug that picture up out of a search on my hard drive for jpegs.
i had lost a file of pictures with my boys and such from when we all still lived together and when i saw that one it needed to be commented on.
the painting in the photo was part of a series that i did in different colours to play with the monochrome effect.
that one was 4'x4'
the biggest one i did was 6'x6' in yellow.
my boys have them hanging in thier bedroom at thier mother`s place.
There are beer drinking songs that help with that. :-)
